well its a great product another customer said that you need to have enuf power so i hope 425 watts per speaker is enuf because i just ordered my second one and i dont want my sound “muddy” as he called it anyway i have one hooked to a 600 rms amp and in sealed box way too small for it at the moment and its hits hard especially in lower frequencies – the higher bass frequencies are not loud at all – but it thumps down in those low areas – overall if you have good sounding speakers that fill in that mid to low range decent this is a great sub but the other customer is right in saying that this is a power hungry sub – 1000 watts rms @2 ohms and 750 @ 4 ohms wow!

This sub rocks, hits hard, loud and hard. Just give it enough power because if you dont it gets muddy and sound terriable. I have found it played most music that had a nice bass line, with a rich clear bass. But remember that this sub needs power!
